HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Wrapper's Delight is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed, nor can we guarantee that changes can be made after the fact. For more details on our ordering policies please see the "ORDERING POLICIES" page linked below.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders!
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
If you do not receive an email from Wrapper's Delight within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please email email@example.com.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT HAVEN'T SEEN ANY MOVEMENT YET.
If you see no movement it may have not been shipped yet, but no worries! As soon as it does we will send the tracking information.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:
- The item(s) sold out.
- There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s).
- We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.
- If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.
Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be issued via store credit. Store credit issued refunds can take up to 1-2 business days to clear.
I ONLY RECEIVED A PARTIAL ORDER. WHERE IS THE REST?
In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we went on and shipped what we had on hand. We receive shipments regularly and will fulfill the rest of your order soon. We’ll be sure to send you the other tracking number as soon as possible!
MY ORDER WAS NOT RECEIVED IN TIME.
We take great pride in being able to fulfill and ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 days. Once we have shipped your order, the package is no longer our responsibility and we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the postal service. We will however, do as much as we can to help you track your order. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Don't forget to include your Order Number.
